You acknowledge that Frost provides code freeze management as a tool, but the ultimate responsibility for your deployment and release processes remains with you. We are not liable for any code that is merged or deployed, whether during or outside of freeze windows.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infinitlab and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Infinitlab and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the Frost GitHub App from your account or organization. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, providing additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
